It’s time for a make over

Since 2009, Indian Journals has been successfully selling high quality hand made journals. Over 1000 unique designs in 4 sizes – both blank and ruled have sold so far (feeling proud and happy !)

We use Up-Cycled Embroidered Patchwork Fabrics, Brocade remnants, Embellished Sari’s and Traditional Indian Folk Art Prints to create distinct and instantly appealing journals. The conventional bound book stitching techniques along with a wrapping twine to match the look and feel of older era journals used in India speak of Unique Sturdy Craftsmanship.

Sometime during this year, we thought it’s about time for an image make over for us at Indian Journals. And we couldn’t think of anyone better than the viewers and our trusted clients to help us in choosing our new logo. After all, it is only because of all of you that we stand where we are today.

So here it is the single colored version :

choose banner1

For the technically inclined – all the logo’s options have the same width so that there is one common ground for comparison. For many of us who like to follow the appearance and their gut instincts – we would love it if you could make a choice by imagining the logo for a smaller display area as well.

Here are some colored renditions :

Henna Green, Milk White, Midnight Blue and Deep Pink version

choose logo2
Deep Red, White and Teal version

Avacado Green, White and Teal version

While there can be endless color combinations , a direction or ‘mood’ that you pick up which reflects from the colors is primarily what we would like to know.

Your opinions matter a lot because you would help us shape up the way you would like to see us. And while we know that you are going to provide your best opinions and probably even give us some handy tips – we would still like to give something in return – just as a token of appreciation for your interest, time and input. We were thinking of giving personalized credit coupons that could be used at the Indian Journals store.

The value of the credit would depend upon how much you’d like to interact with us and be a part of our new image building program. It begins with helping us choose a logo and then goes on to you getting completely in control for choosing the designs for our upcoming brand new line of journals. You can even choose to photograph , write reviews and help us spread the word in your unique way. So as we said, your involvement would be directly proportional to our happiness and appreciation ! (psst : credit coupons begin $5 and up)

thankyouWe are closing the opinion poll on 15th September 2016 and the final logo would be published the following day. You can let us know your opinions via the comments section below or through Etsy convo or email vishruti.dev@gmail.com

Thankyou so much in advance 🙂
